SOC2 Fast offers a FastTrack plan to all our customers for implementing Information Security Programs that leverage Vanta as the foundation and baseline for all infosec and compliance requirements.

Below is a complete overview of what SOC2 Fast provides with our FastTrack plan.

PROJECT PLANNING

• A dedicated project will be created in the SOC2Fast project management system detailing services conducted and mutually agreed-upon deadlines.

GAP ANALYSIS

• SOC2 Fast will conduct a compliance gap analysis leveraging Vanta's integrations based on the selected compliance frameworks to identify gaps across the organization.
  
  • Services included
    • Scope and customize compliance framework requirements and assign control owners (if applicable)

VANTA CONFIGURATION & INTEGRATIONS

• SOC2 Fast will provide a baseline configuration of all Vanta settings & user invites. 
• SOC2 Fast FastTrack plan includes connecting all native Vanta Integrations & ensuring proper stable functionality. 

POLICY CREATION/REVIEW

• Services included

• • Build information security policies based on Vanta policy categories 
  • Leverage partner templates as a starting point, which have been designed and updated from the results of hundreds of successful audits
  • Establish all core policies that are categorically outlined in Vanta
  • Review customer's existing policies (that are within Vanta's policy categories) and call out gaps

SYSTEM DESCRIPTION DOCUMENTATION

• For SOC 2 customers SOC2 Fast will guide the customer through creating this important document, ensuring it meets all standards.

COLLECT & UPLOAD PUBLICLY AVAILABLE EVIDENCE

• SOC2 Fast will work within the Vanta platform to upload all publicly available evidence.
  • Customer may be required to provide direction or evidence to enable SOC2Fast's completion of work.

REVIEW, ORGANIZE, & ASSIGN CONTROL OWNERSHIP

• SOC2 Fast will conduct a review of all controls, organize appropriate ownership, & assign roles within the Vanta platform.
  
  

SELECT AN AUDIT PARTNER

• Leveraging the Vanta Audit Partner Directory & our industry knowledge, SOC2 Fast will work with you on selecting the best auditor for your organization. 
• Auditor selection is a critical component to ensuring timely SOC2 certification. SOC2 Fast streamlines this process.

DEDICATED SLACK CHANNEL

•  The SOC2 Fast team is dedicated to achieving all set objectives and will be readily available to tackle any inquiries or provide support with FastTrack-specific questions asynchronously through Slack.
• Slack Connect Channel available during the lifetime of engagement with SOC2 Fast for on-demand support & completion of objectives. 

This service is intended to ensure that you are achieving tremendous value from the Vanta platform early on in your journey. While your implementation team can support your organization beyond the 30-day FastTrack plan service, this would be part of our additional service packages.
